Introduction
Hello, Beako (or Yahiko) is back. It’s been more than 3 months since I wrote my last guide. I appreciate all the views from around the world! Although I didn’t get any feedback, at least now I know the things I can improve on. I thought I would take a long break from this blog at first – however, due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, my studies are temporarily halted until I get further notice from my adviser. So for the moment, I’ll take my time practicing in Shadowverse Ratings and also learn Japanese language. 頑張ります!
(PS: [DB] Zhiff’s Portal Guide also motivated me to work again hehehe)
Machina-Natura-Elana* Havencraft at the start of the expansion was not as popular as Machina Forest, Machina Blood, Discard Dragon and Spellboost Rune. In my opinion, at that time, many people find it hard and daunting to use this deck. You have so many options. You might discard so many things. The 90 second timer is against you. But there are some people who are able to pull it off successfully with great accomplishments. It was able to get many top finishes in JCG. My teammate TK Styx recently won his MS cup with Haven. And you’ll get to see many clutch moments like @LivetubeSTAR(辱屈) that he reduced his battle animations just for this turn.

Nowadays, Machina-Natura-Elana* Havencraft is getting an uptake little by little as more and more people know how to play it optimally. At first, you may struggle, make weird plays and discard so many cards but once you get used to it, you’ll be able to consistently make big boards and win with this deck! From my experience, it is not the hardest deck to learn because you immediately get feedback – such as losing a game due to discarding a key card or getting demolished by the opposing Haven player. It is a deck where you truly learn from your mistakes!
Before starting the guide here are some earlier guides from other successful people.
